Since early 2020 I've been working with her daughter. The goals are multiple: help her regain confidence, reconnect with the pleasure of playing, and clear the mental blocks preventing her from making her national team selection again.

Thanks to Frederic, our daughter could finally put words on her blocking points affecting her rugby performances as an elite.
These words and concerns were tackled and dealt with in a very constructive manner. His coaching also helped her to be more in control of her life and decisions for her future.
Even if there is still some work to be done from her side, at least she was given tools to do it herself in the future.
The fact that Frederic is bilingual helped our daughter to feel more comfortable in their discussions.
