As a 30-year-old professional rider, I started this mental training work with two issues: optimizing my riding and earning my DEJEPS.
The sessions were an opportunity for calm, caring, and targeted work. What's more, they were even more effective because the dates were chosen intelligently.
Today I have my coaching diploma, and my effectiveness in training and my performance in competition reflect it: notably in terms of focus, precision, presence, confidence, and letting go. And most importantly, I enjoy riding so much more!
It's clear that these advances have an impact on my daily life, beyond sport.
