As a guitarist, I reached out to Frédéric because I got stressed when I had to play in front of an audience. It put me in a state of anxiety.
Not only did he teach me to manage that performance stress, but also the stress of daily life.
Thanks to him, I now manage to spot the signals better and handle them. I haven't had anxiety attacks in a long time and I experience my daily life much better.
