I've been working with Tom since 2024 through remote mental training sessions. A young French player under 13, based in the Netherlands, he continues his mental work with me as he joins a tennis academy in the south of France.

Fred helped Tom a lot with managing his tennis matches — on confidence, on emotional management, and also on nutrition.
He also helped us make the right decisions when it came time to change tennis coaches.
We really appreciated his overall approach to coaching, and all of it done remotely by phone (we don't live in France).
Thanks to his performances and his attitude on court, Tom is joining a tennis academy this autumn.
