I'm writing to share my son's progress: when he started entering the ranks of the very best at 16, he began to be afraid and often lost to young players slightly weaker than him, or the same age, or with a similar ranking.
I looked for a reference in mental coaching, and that's how I found Frédéric. My son was immediately willing and reassured that a solution was being offered. With Frédéric's support, I saw the results come progressively.
Today he approaches matches with much greater serenity. He may still tend to stress at the start of matches, but he now knows how to pull himself back in time and play at his true level.
We know where he stands and what still needs work so he can be mentally ready for competitions and continue to progress and win. I'm very satisfied with Frédéric's work. The progress is beyond what we hoped for!
