I got up one Sunday morning and, after thinking it over, I realized that we as parents weren't the best people to support our daughter. So I decided to find a solution to help her by calling on a mental coach / mental performance coach.
After a conversation with Frédéric and our daughter, they decided to work together. Real progress showed from the beginning, and our daughter never missed an appointment. She managed to deliver some very fine performances at a time when she was doubting her abilities.
Frédéric gave her confidence in herself — today she ranks 8th nationally in her discipline and is joining the France Espoir training centre next year. The distance won't stop the coaching she wants to continue with him.
As parents, we thank Frédéric enormously, for being there when we needed to find professional help at a certain moment. Thank you again :)
