Mental training is not reserved for athletes. The methods that help an athlete stay focused under pressure, keep confidence in difficult moments and deliver at key events are very similar to those that let you decide clearly, pass an exam or mobilize a team around a goal.
For more than ten years, I have adapted mental training tools from high-level sport (Olympic Games 2012, 2016, 2021 and 2024) to the needs of companies, training institutions and sports teams. My work consists of turning often abstract concepts — self-confidence, stress, motivation, concentration — into concrete, directly usable reference points.
My interventions take three main forms: Workshops, Conferences and Team Speeches.
They draw on my experience as a mental coach for competitive athletes and environments linked to high performance.
Workshops
Sharing mental training methods

Workshops let you work concretely on the mental skills needed for performance. They are based on real situations from high-level sport, are interactive and adapt to the specific needs of your organization.
These workshops are aimed at companies as well as training institutions or professional organizations. They cover very concrete issues such as stress management in responsible roles, decision-making under pressure, self-confidence, concentration or preparing for an important deadline.
My approach relies on techniques and skills used in high-level sport and their direct application to concrete situations: managerial responsibilities, high-stakes days, Safety Days, CODIR, sustainable performance or handling sensitive situations.
These workshops can also be aimed at students and apprentices to teach them the mental skills needed to succeed in exams, internship interviews or job interviews.
Each intervention can rely on already structured themes — stress management, self-confidence, concentration, motivation, preparing for an important deadline — or be built to measure according to your organization's objectives, notably around behavioral skills and soft skills.

Conferences
Communicating the keys to mental performance

Conferences explain how mental training works and how high-level sport methods can be useful in many contexts.
They make essential concepts accessible, such as self-confidence, motivation, emotion management or the ability to stay focused at important moments. The goal is to better understand what supports sustainable performance and personal balance.
These conferences can address very different audiences: companies, schools, sports organizations or professionals facing demanding situations. They cover both the fundamentals of mental training and more specific themes such as exam preparation, managing social networks, the role of parents in sporting performance or staying engaged in a demanding environment.

Motivational speeches and team interventions
Strengthen cohesion and collective mobilization

Some situations require a targeted intervention to mobilize a group around a common objective. Team interventions help strengthen confidence, motivation and cohesion when the stakes become significant. I can intervene both beforehand, to prepare for an event, and during more delicate periods.
These interventions are mainly intended for sports teams, in collaboration with the coach and staff, to help the group approach a competition or an important period with a clear, mobilizing mindset.
Mental training provides simple, effective reference points that help players refocus on what depends on them, reinforce collective confidence and approach key moments with greater clarity.
My interventions target teams at various levels, from amateur sport to high-level sport, with a common objective: mobilize the group and strengthen the collective dynamic.
