What if your potential is far greater than you imagine?
For athletes as for any ambitious person, the question of potential is central. But it is also tricky. Because talking about potential already sets limits.
And believing you know those limits often... means you create them yourself.
That's where I step in, as a mental coach.
Humility: the real lever for progress
In my coaching, I emphasize a quality often overlooked: humility toward yourself.
Not to underestimate yourself. But to stay open to what you still don't know about your own abilities.
This form of humility is a form of vigilance. It prevents two classic traps: self-limitation and self-sabotage.
Because if you're already convinced of what you can do... there's a good chance you'll stop there. And not any further.
My role? Helping you reveal your true potential
Not the one you assume. The one you go and find. The one you expand. The one you dare to embody.
Developing your potential means...
- Believe in yourself, without rigid certainty
- Drawing on your mental, physical and emotional resources (performance)
- Passing milestones, even when you doubt
- Surprising yourself by doing more than expected
- Being consistent in your effort
- Lowering your own barriers... and daring to overcome them
The dimensions of potential
- Physical potential
- Psychological potential
- Emotional potential (emotions)
- Mental potential
- Strategic potential
